Sad to say, only Aomei Backupper Pro works for me. Unfortunately, it is valid only for a year. The rest either do not cooperate with me or are awfully slow when backing up my System drive.
Can anyone tell me how fast this Ashampoo backup is?
Okay, I tried out this backup application last night.
It worked just as well and just as fast as Aomei Backupper Pro.
There is only one drawback. When restoring the Windows image file on your external drive to your pc, be sure to choose your correct drive. In this case, I am referring to your system drive which should be Drive C. Ashampoo got my drives mixed up. My system drive is D Drive (SSD) and my C Drive is actually a HDD which I use to store my other stuff.
Call a bug, an oversight by the developer or whatever you want to call it.
Highly recommended. After all, it is perpetually free!
